Well, my 30 days have come and gone and I survived the caffeine challenge! I had a cup of normal coffee and I feel like I am jumping out of my skin! I may have to ease myself back into the caffeine but I am really in no rush! Not needing that coffee to get me moving has actually been pretty nice. I still enjoy my decaf coffee however so I doubt it will be too long before I am back on the strong stuff!
I will say that after doing this detox, (which caffeine was not the only thing I was avoiding) I feel so much better. So, I would gladly do this again should the need arrive! Until then, I will enjoy my coffee with or without caffeine!
